– gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free –
7 medjool dates (soaked for a couple of hours and pits removed)
3 avocados (peeled and pitted)
1/4 cup smooth almond butter
5 tbsp raw cacao powder
splash of pure vanilla extract
pinch of pink Himalayan salt
- Add all the above ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Let set in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
- Serve and top with fresh berries
